Privacy Policy

Our Bond is made for parents and caregivers. The account holder is always an adult. Children do not create their own accounts and cannot sign in on their own.

Your email address, so you can sign in and reset your password.

Your family profile — the parent name you enter, and optionally each child's first name, age and the interests you pick. This is used only to match activities to your family's ages and interests.

Your activity history — the Bonds you complete, save for later, rate, or pass on. This is used to avoid repeats and to personalise what we suggest next.

Memories — the notes you write after a Bond, and any photo you choose to add. Photos are optional. They are stored privately and are only viewable through your own signed-in account using short-lived private links. We do not publish them anywhere.

Table Talk answers — if you choose to save what your family says, those answers are stored privately with your account.

ZIP code, if you provide one, plus how far you're willing to travel. We never ask for or use your device's GPS location.

Internal usage events — for example that an activity was shown or reopened — which we use to improve the product. These stay in our own systems.

Maps and places provider. When a suggestion involves going somewhere, we send an approximate search area derived from your ZIP code and the kind of place we're looking for, so we can return a real nearby destination. We do not send your name, your children's names, or your account details.

Weather provider. We send only a coarse location derived from your ZIP code so we can avoid suggesting activities that don't suit the conditions.

AI provider. When we generate a personalised activity, we send context such as ages, interests, available time and whether you want to stay home or go out. We do not send your name or your children's names.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. There are no advertising or tracking SDKs in the app.

Any information about a child is entered by the parent or caregiver who owns the account, for the sole purpose of choosing suitable activities. We only ask for a first name and an age. You can change or remove a child at any time from the Family screen, and deleting your account removes all of it.

You can delete your account at any time from the Family screen. This permanently removes your family profile, children, interests, activity history, saved Bonds, ratings, memories, memory photos and saved Table Talk answers. Deletion cannot be undone.

Your data is stored in a secured database where every record is locked to your own account, and access is enforced at the database level.
